concern regarding the recent lockout of my Amazon accoun.

Unfortunately, I encountered a significant issue when attempting to access

my account yesterday.

To my surprise and frustration, I received a message

stating that my account has been locked without any explanation or prior

notice. This has left me deeply perplexed as I have always complied with

Amazon's terms of service and have never engaged in any activities that

could warrant such action.

I have attempted to resolve this matter through the standard channels

provided on the Amazon website, but I have not received any clarification

or assistance thus far. As a result, I am unable to access my account,

which has caused inconvenience and distress, especially considering the

pending orders and subscriptions tied to it.

I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and ask for immediate

assistance in unlocking my account.

Moreover, I would appreciate a clear

explanation as to why my account was locked in the first place, as

transparency is crucial in maintaining trust and confidence in your

services.

Hello and good morning, I am an Amazon customer and have been satisfied with Amazon for years. At the end of August 2023 I bought a Macbook laptop online through Amazon at a discounted price of 300 euros with a one year warranty, which was shipped by mail from this address at the end of November 2023 the typing buttons did not work properly and the color of the Aluminum faded to powder, and when I started it after 9 days it did not turn on and did not work at this address Rotenburger Straße 26a Hannover Germany , Phone number: +491520****836 which was sent to me in the laptop envelope.

I called every day and was told this phone number does not exist. I would like to ask your customer service, what should I do to get my money back?> To which address do I send this laptop to have it repaired? I buy a new laptop and they send me a used laptop. Is it wrong to trust Amazon?

I also called customer service at +315******** on December 7, 2023 at 10:36 am and they told me that if they did not call me from this laptop sender address for a week, I would call Amazon.

Ik heb per ongeluk schijnbaar een Amazon Prime abonnement afgesloten. In februari dit jaar is er 4,99 euro afgesloten.

Op 4 4 2024 is dit bedrag wederom afgeboekt van onze bankrekening met nummer NL62 ASNB 0707 50** **. Deze rekening staat op naam van E.L. van Vliet e/o M.C. Brak.

De tegenrekening is IE30 CITI 9900 51** **65 48. Het betreft een europese incasso.

Gezien onze vergissing en gezien het feit dat wij nauwelijks iets via internet bestellen wil ik u vragen het abonnement per vandaag stop te zetten.

Ik neem aan dat u binnen een paar dagen per mail een bevestiging aan mij zult sturen.
