Wat gebeurt met mijn bestelling en waarom is deze geretourneerd?
Ik begrijp niet waarom koeriers problemen blijven hebben met het bezorgen van pakketten.
Dit is weer een onbestelbaar pakket, wat betekent (onbezorgbaar)?
Dit is fraude, waarbij de klant opzettelijk wordt misleid.
Ik ben niet van plan om in de chat te schrijven of domme formulieren in te vullen in je sollicitatie, die je toch niets vertellen. Ik sta op een onmiddellijke terugbetaling en ik zal hier waarschijnlijk niets anders bestellen.

i got an email to make an appointment but i have been trying several time to make schedule but unavailable .
today i got an email stated that , within 7 days if i cannot make an schedule automatically will be withdrawn my application.

Horrible service
Every time I order something from Amazon in the Netherlands, it's never on timeoften delayed by 45 days, sometimes even a week. Despite being at home, the delivery status shows "on its way," but the delivery people never bother to come.
Once, I caught the delivery guy just sitting around on his phone, not even attempting to deliver my package. It's incredibly frustrating. Is Amazon in the Netherlands intentionally hiring incompetent people to avoid paying proper salaries? The delivery personnel don't seem capable of reading or using the phone to callthey never follow instructions or notify you when they're nearby.
Getting Prime feels useless; we pay Amazon for faster delivery, but the service is horrendous. I hope I won't need to use it again.

DHL is not delivering, but throwing in the rain
Please forward to the correct department.
Today again DHL has left packages in the garden in the rain, not trying to deliver, we were at home.
I am pissed that Amazon sells delivery, but gives us a gamble that the package appears and survives the idiots of DHL.
Surely you will ignore me again, I am used to you not giving a ***

Its terrible bad customer service Amazon Netherland. I am using in a lot of countries e commercial sides but first time ı see that amateur, bad customer service and operation.
I give order 6 7 items ı recieved only one. And one time they refund second time they say its stolen send police report. This is your fault ı paid and you have to delivery to me. But your driver didnt deliveried.
You have solve problem not me. Amazon netherland really like mafia.
They get your money after nothing. Many words not enough for this situation.

Plaat met kras
Ik heb een plaat van Ed Sheeran besteld, maar er zit een kras in het liedje Dive. Nu wil ik hen vervangen voor een nieuwe plaat, maar dat lukt niet.
Dus stuur ik hem terug en wil een nieuwe bestellen, maar deze is nu 4 euro duurder. Ik snap niet waarom ik de plaat niet gewoon kan vervangen.
